Special Orders

We are happy to accept special order requests on the purchase of:

A bulk quantity of a product
A case of a product
3 or more of a product if it doesn’t come by the case
A single product, if available (not subject to the special order discount)

The quantity of a bulk item and the number in a case will depend on the specific item.

Special order discount

When you place a special order you receive a 5% discount off the retail price.

Special orders receive no other discount – such as the senior or supplement discounts.
However, if a product goes on sale through the distributor, we will pass the sale on to you as well.

Please note: Prices fluctuate beyond our control. When you place a special order we will estimate the total based on the catalog price at the time. However, this is not a price guarantee. If the price is different upon arrival, we will make an adjustment at that time.

How to place your order

We’re here to help! Let us know what it is you’re looking for and we can give you the necessary information or show you how to look up an item in a distributor’s catalog. We require a 50% deposit on the estimated total of all special orders. The remaining 50% must be paid upon pickup.
