Spring Garlic & Spinach Pizza

Spring Garlic & Spinach Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • flour as needed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 lb spinach
  • 2 stalks spring garlic sliced

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • flour as needed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 lb spinach
  • 2 stalks spring garlic sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat.
  2. Lightly flour a large piece of parchment paper. Roll out the dough on the paper, using a rolling pin or your hands. Roll as thin as you can then lightly brush with some of the oil. Sprinkle with some of the cheddar and Parmesan, reserving some for topping.
  3. Saute the spinach with a splash of olive oil in a pan over medium high heat, until wilted. Spread onto the pizza then top with the garlic slices. Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheeses, a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper, to your liking.
  4. Transfer the pizza on the parchment paper to the oven and onto your preheated stone or sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
