A Simple Cheese Sauce

There are countless ways to enjoy a cheese sauce. Poured over nachos or vegetables, in mac and cheese or all on its own for dipping. You choose. You can also choose the type of cheese that goes into it. Cheese sauces are best enjoyed warm and soon after making, but if reheating do so over gentle heat.
